1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp maple syrup or honey
1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds, milk, salt, and sweetener in a bowl or mason jar.
  2. Stir or shake the mixture thoroughly to ensure all seeds are submerged.
  3. Let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Stir again vigorously to break up any clumps at the bottom.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
  6. Serve with fresh fruit or nuts as desired.

Notes

  • For a thicker pudding, use 3 tbsp of chia seeds.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
