Crispy, spicy, and utterly addictive gluten-free cauliflower wings coated in almond flour. A perfect healthy appetizer or vegetarian main.

Ingredients

1 large head of cauliflower (about 6 cups florets)
1/2 cup buffalo-style sauce
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Dipping sauce of choice (e.g., vegan ranch or tahini sauce)

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry cauliflower florets.
  2. Toss florets with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix almond flour and spices.
  4. Dredge sauced florets in the almond flour mixture.
  5. Arrange in a single layer in air fryer basket or on baking sheet.
  6. Air fry at 375°F for 15-20 mins or bake at 425°F forリンク 25-30 mins, until crispy.
  7. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
